Implementation of Tyler Technology Enterprise ERP(Formerly MUNIS) and Enterprise Permitting and Licensing(formerly EnerGov) in 2022. We also very recently went live with the HARRIS SMARTWORKS / COMPASS Smart Metering analitics Software in September of 2024.
The City Of Mount Dora FL
We were proud to help The City of Mount Dora select and implement their current BS&A ERP software system in 2014. This implementation introduced the city's first IVR(Intractive Voice Response) and Online Building and Permitting system with GIS capabilities that have enabled the city to forcast growth and do project cost analysis.

Performed Data extraction from IBM I- Series(AS400) systems to raw data formats for GL Conversion to Edmonds and Assoc. ERP Financial Software in 2012.
The Mount Dora Library Association was proud to Present Mount Dora Mayor Cathy Hoescht with a check for $15,000.00 for improvements to the Mount Dora Community Building and Music Hall in 2014.

Promoted events and fundraising Concerts. Configured and designed the association's first social media accounts and website supporting fundraising efforts and donations along with online event ticket sales in 2013. We also implemented an automated cloud based overdue book callout system in 2012 for The W.T. Bland Public Library in Mount Dora Florida.
